Under the patronage of the president of the Croatian Parliament Josip Leko and president of the Republic of Croatia Mrs. Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, three events will be held for the sixth time in continuity in Solin, at the President hotel, from 11. to 14. November 2015.,
22nd INTERSTAS '2015 International Festival of Tourism, Film and Landscape, 18th ITF - CRO' 2015 International Tourism Film Festival and 13th KEA - CRO '2015 Competition of Croatian towns and villages for GOLDEN FLOWER OF EUROPE and dr."Lucia Čikeš".

At the 22nd INTERSTAS, with the presentation of Laureate-winners of international tourist FEST awards and GOLDEN INTERSTAS, with the "round table" with an emphasis on project "Croatia 365", and tourist and film workshops, which will take place on 12. and 13.11.2015,
on the 18th ITF - CRO / International Tourism Film Festival, which is expected to show more than 300 tourist and travel documentaries, cultural films from 60 countries from all continents, special attention will be paid to the Croatian tourist promotional film produced by county,
city and municipal tourism boards. With the festival awards and Grand Prix ITF'CRO 2015 best Croatian tourist promotional film will be awarded a national prize "Baldo Cupic", and will be promoted through the ITCO / World Federation of Tourism Film Festival so tens of millions
viewers will be able to see it, which is a great contribution to the promotion.

The International Tourism Film Festival 2013

INTERSTAS, ITF'CRO - INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FILM FESTIVAL and KEA/Entente Florale Europe - CRO

The shows have over the past few years become an important cultural, tourist, film-festival, business and tourist event in travel industry of new markets, especially of this part of Europe. They have been taking place in a fixed, extremely convenient autumn period. In 2013, from 06 to 09 November

This, already traditional, internationally renowned show INTERSTAS, ITF'CRO – INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF TOURIST FILM, and KEA/Entente Florale Europe – CRO, members and partners of world associations: FEST, ITCO, FIJET, AEFP, have gained a reputation of a dynamic and important cultural, business and tourist event in this region. In the domain of tourism, tourist film, travel, tourist journalism, environmental protection, ecology and sustainable development they are becoming an ever more respectable factor of international film festival and tourist and travel trade. With its reputation and organization and very rich and creative accompanying programs they actively contribute to a faster growth of travel markets in the world.

At the 20. INTERSTAS 2013/International festival of tourism, film, landscape – International club of those responsible for tourism, alongside with accredited home and foreign visitors inside the exhibition space and Workshop, exhibitors are being presented for the prestigious tourist awards: THE GOLDEN INTERSTAS and FEST CHARTER/European federation of tourist reporters and the nominated Croatian cities and towns, candidates for the AEFP/Entente Florale Europe – The Golden flower of Europe award. In two business days (Thursday and Friday), along with the meetings and getting to know new partners, a special emphasis is put on presenting the services for and in tourism, ecology projects, sustainable development and special film festival tourist and cultural projects.

At the 16. ITF'CRO 2013/International festival of tourist film, about 50 countries with over 160 tourist, travel, documentary, ecology films are expected to participate. They compete for one of festival awards, the special award „The best flowery film ofEurope“ and Grand Prix 16. ITF'CRO 2013. The best Croatian „national tourist film“ will be given the most prestigious national Festival award „Baldo Čupić“, which was established in 2002 in commemoration of the deceased Baldo Čupić, one of the most awarded authors of our Festival and world tourist film festivals. 

Within the 12. KEA/Entente Florale Europe – CRO, Croatian cities and towns/villages will be presented in the competition for the international award Entente Florale Europe – THE GOLDEN FLOWER OF EUROPE and the special award „dr. Lucija Čikeš“. The chosen city and town/village will be given the Certificate – the confirmation of the official nomination for THE GOLDEN FLOWER OF EUROPE '2013.

SPECIAL AWARDS will be given by the heads of world tourist, journalist and film festival associations: F.E.S.T., F.I.J.E.T., ITCO, A.E.F.P./EFE. At the final festivity on Friday 08.01.2013 The Certificate will be given – i.e. the official nomination for a Croatian citiy and town/village for the international award Entente Florale Europe – The golden flower of Europe '2013. Prestigious international tourist awards will be given to the responsible individuals, institutions, organizations: THE GOLDEN INTERSTAS 2013, „For contribution to the development of tourism“ and CHARTER FEST, „Merits in the development of tourism“ and „Life in tourism“. Along with the international Festival jury, which decides about giving the Festival awards and Grand-prix 16. ITF'CRO 2013, the committee INTERSTAS, KEA/EFE-CRO and FEST, based on the received candidacies and explanations for every individual and organization, which, in accordance with the propositions about awards, are presented within the 20. INTERSTAS 2013, decides about giving these prestigious tourist awards. The nominations are supported by the high quality of work, but also by the acknowledgement of their individual active notional and creative contribution to the development of tourism on different levels, which through their professional, technical, scientific and practical work activities promote the tourist offer and in this way contribute to the development of tourism. 

With this multimedia project in the domain of tourism, culture, sustainable development, cinematography, the possibility of contacts that were not accomplishable in some other way are created. The project with its program attracts an increasing number of visitors interested in doing business inCroatia, that becomes an increasingly important tourist market in the region, especially in the area of Middle Europe andMediterraneancountries. 

All three shows: 20. INTERSTAS, 16. ITF'CRO 2013, i 12. KEA/EFE-CRO are enriched by the accompanying events, including the already traditional 20th international tourist forum, art exhibitions, tourist photography and tourist design exhibitions and the attractive field trip for the accredited guests and participants. 12 -15 October 2011 – HOTEL PRESIDENT SOLIN *****

Already a tradition and with an established international reputation, the festivals INTERSTAS, ITF'CRO - INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FILM FESTIVAL and KEA/Entente Florale Europe - CRO (members and partners of the world associations: FEST, ITCO, FIJET, AEFP) are now regarded as very dynamic and important cultural and tourism industry events in the region. In the context of tourism, tourism film, travel, tourism journalism, environmental protection, ecology and sustainable development, they are gaining increasing recognition within the travel industry. They are actively contributing to the growth of tourism in the world thanks to being highly regarded and superbly organized, along with offering a wide range of creative accompanying activities.

The 18th INTERSTAS 2011/International Festival of Tourism, Film and Landscape - International Club of Merited in Tourism includes participating national and foreign business entities in the exhibition area and within the Workshop. It also presents exhibitors nominated for prestigious international tourism awards: GOLDEN INTERSTAS and FEST CHARTET/ European Federation of Tourism Journalists, and the nominated Croatian cities and villages, the candidates for the AEFP/Entente Florale Europe Award - The Golden Flower of Europe. Over two business days (Thursday and Friday), special attention is given to presenting tourism services, environmental projects, sustainable development, and specific film festival, tourism and cultural projects, along with meetings and the introduction of new partners.
Some 50 countries are expected to participate in the 14th ITF'CRO 2011/International Tourism Film Festival, with over 160 tourism and environmental films and travel documentaries. They will be competing for one of the festival awards, including the special Best Floral Film of Europe award and the grand prize of the 14th ITF'CRO 2011. The best Croatian film in the category of National Tourism Film will be given the most prestigious national award of the Festival - Baldo Čupić - created in 2002 in the memory of the late Baldo Čupić, one of the most awarded authors both at this and other tourism film festivals in the world.

The 10th KEA/Entente Florale Europe - CRO will present Croatian cities, towns and villages which will compete for the international Entente Florale Europe award - GOLDEN FLOWER OF EUROPE and the special Dr. Lucija Čikeš award. The selected city, town or village will be presented with a certificate of official nomination for the GOLDEN FLOWER OF EUROPE 2012.

SPECIAL AWARDS will be given by directors of world tourism, journalism and film festival associations: F.E.S.T., F.I.J.E.T., ITCO, A.E.F.P./EFE. The Certificate of the offical nomination for the international award Entente Florale Europe - Golden Flower of Europe 2012, will be awarded to the Croatian city/town or village at the closing ceremony which will take place on 14 October 2011. Prestigious international tourism awards will be given to individuals, institutions and organizations that have made a contribution to tourism, namely: GOLDEN INTERSTAS 2011, "For contribution to tourism development" and FEST CHARTER (based on the submitted applications and descriptions of individuals or organizations that will participate in the 18th INTERSTAS 2011) "Tourism development merit" and "Life in Tourism". Together with the international jury of the Festival that decided on the winners of the Festival awards and the grand prize of the 14th ITF'CRO 2011, the committee of INTERSTAS, KEA/EFE-CRO and FEST (based oon the submitted applications and descriptions of individuals or organizations that will participate in the 18th INTERSTAS 2011), participates in the award procedure. The nominations are justified by the quality of performance and individual and active conceptual and creative contribution to tourism development on various levels by promoting tourism through professional, scientific and practical activities.
This multimedia project in the area of tourism, culture, sustainable development and film, opens a possibility of creating connections that cannot be established in any other way. The project attracts an increasing number of participants each year, both national and foreign. It also attracts business entities that are interested in investment opportunities in Croatia - a country that is becoming an increasingly important tourism market on the regional level, especially in Central Europe and the Mediterranean area.

All three events (18th INTERSTAS, 14th ITF'CRO 2011 and 10th KEA/EFE-CRO) have accompanyng events including the traditional 18th International Tourism Forum, art exhibitions, tourism photography and design exhibitions and a trip for accredited guests and participants. Osijek and Nin nominated for Golden Flower of Europe 2012 Award
SOLIN, 14 October 2011

Three tourism and cultural events closed on Friday evening with an awards ceremony that took place at the Solin President Hotel. These were the 18th International Festival of Tourism, Film and Landscape, the 14th International Tourism Film Festival and the 10th presentation of Croatian cities competing for the international award of Golden Flower of Europe. The cities of Osijek and Nin were selected to be the Croatian nominees for the Golden Flower of Europe 2012 award in the category of cities.
As it was explained, it will be decided by the end of November this year which of the two cities will be the official Croatian candidate for this prestigious European award.

The international jury decided that the Grand Prix of this year's International Tourism Film Festival should be awarded to the film Incredible India promotion produced by the National Tourism Association of India.
The Baldo Čupić award for the best Croatian tourism film was given to Jakov Sedlar and his film Romanca produced by the Croatian Tourism Board.
The Dujam trophy for the best tourism promotional video was awarded to the film Čarobna škrinja produced by the City of Varaždin.
The president of the international jury, Miroslav Matičić, pointed out that, "Croatian production was amazing" this year, unlike previous years when Croatian films had lagged behind in terms of quality compared to international counterparts. The competition included 80 tourism films, 25 of which were Croatian.
In his brief address, the Director of the Central Office of the Croatian Tourism Board, Niko Bulić, said that the International Tourism Festival in Solin was a successful end to one of the most successful tourism seasons ever in Croatia.
The president of the European Federation of Travel Journalists and Writers (FEST), Antonio Conte, noted that the International Tourism Film Festival in Solin had reached an enviable level. "This festival has helped get Croatia's name out into the world," said Conte, who is also the honorary president of the Solin Festival.
The president of the World Federation of Travel Journalists and Writers (FIJET), Tijani Haddad, pointed out that Croatia had done a lot to develop its tourism industry in the past 20 years.
Conte was awarded with special recognition for the international promotion of the Solin Festival, while Haddad was awarded special recognition for the support of the events that take place in Solin.
The mayor of Solin, Blaženko Boban, said that this event represents a major contribution to the development of tourism in this town. (Croatian News Agency - Hina)
