Culinary workshop „Taste the trout“ – Restaurant Gašpić, Solin

The aim of this gastronomic workshop is to show how to prepare broth of trout, which is one of the traditional dishes of the city of Solin. In this video from our host Zoran Kljaković Gašpić better known as “Medo”, you will learn step by step how to get a delicious dish and what ingredients you need to prepare the broth and whether it is mixed or "driven" as Medo claims. Walk through the old mills of Solin - Gašpina watermill

In this video, Mario Matijević, the editor of the Solin Chronicle at the Zvonimir Public Institution of Culture, takes you through the story of the mills. We begin the story in Gašina watermill, one of the few still preserved mills on the river Jadro, built at the beginning of the 18th century, which is the only one open to visitors. But did you know that there were many more mills in Solin? You will find out how many there were and what they are about in the video we have prepared for you. Children workshop "Rainy cloud"

With the aim of presenting the natural heritage to our youngest, City library Solin has prepared a workshop for children on the topic of "Rainy Cloud" performed by librarian Zona Marović, which shows how you can make your own rainy cloud at home with your child,  which will be a great decoration for their room. We believe you will enjoy it!

Project "Jadro  -  spring of life"

The goal of the project "Jadro-spring of life" is the sustainable use of natural heritage through valorization and transformation of previously degraded space into a unique visitor area of ​​a special reserve of endemic species - Solin softmouth trout. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion and to discover what are the facilities that visitors will be able to enjoy, check out the video we have prepared for you!
