Winter is coming, and Christmas is approaching. To revive the Christmas spirit, the City of Solin and the Solin Tourist Board organizes a traditional fair in the center of the city where visitors can taste the traditional Christmas catering, with fritule, sausages and mulled wine, as well as enjoy Santa's Corner and a rich music program.
In winter, Solin is a frequent visitor destination because of the famous Winterfest, which shows through four different themes the cultural, natural and religious heritage of the town of Solin to fellow citizens and visitors and, as the youngest town in the Republic of Croatia, points to the importance of family and life.
The program consists of over 30 events (workshops, historical interpretations, thematic tours, Museum Night, Dancers) held indoors in the town of Solin, from Gaspin Mill, Restaurant Gaspic, President Hotel, Public Cultural Institution Zvonimir, archeological site Salona, GK Solin and the Youth and Family Center. So come to Solin and experience the true Solin Christmas Fairytale!
