In March, in the beginning of spring, the Solin Tourist Board, in cooperation with the President Hotel and the City of Solin, organizes the "International Historic Cities Congress ", which aims to stimulate meetings of leading people in tourism and historic cities, exchange of experiences regarding the protection and interpretation of localities, as well as development of new tourism products. The program consists of lectures, panel discussions and entertainment program. Also, the Plautilla Award for Quality and Innovation in the Management of Historic Cities, in the Field of Interpretation and Protection of Cultural Heritage, as well as for the Promotion and Distribution of Cultural Tourism Products, is presented. After the congress, Easter is getting closer, which the residents of Solin traditionally spend at the Gaspin Mill, where everyone can taste Easter sweets and have fun with the culturally rich program, and for the youngest there is a workshop of Easter decorations. For those more active, Solin offers a wealth of outdoor activities. Starting with diving in the waters of the Vranjic peninsula, which enables you to discover part of our underwater world, you can then try one of the most extreme sports of today - paintball! For those who are a little braver, we offer a Zip line whose start is not far from the top of St. Jure. The trail consists of 6 wires and one suspension bridge, with a total length of almost 2500 m.
